Fullyopt provides tools to audit, improve and monitor the search engine and AI visibility of online stores. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect the stores you add.
3. Credits, plans and billing
Some features consume credits. Free credits granted on signup have no cash value. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle; one-time pack credits do not expire while your account is active.
Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify under Shopify’s billing terms.
If you use your own AI provider API keys, you are responsible for charges from that provider.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your store content. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and changes before you publish them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, overloading our systems, or using it to generate unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
6. No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI providers control their own rankings and answers. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, mention or revenue outcome.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Shopify, WordPress and AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
