What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?
SEO helps your pages rank in search results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) helps AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews understand, trust and mention your store in their answers. Fullyopt does both, because they share the same foundations: clear structure, accurate facts and genuinely useful content.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify (via our Shopify app) and WooCommerce (via our WordPress plugin). Other platforms are on the roadmap.
Will Fullyopt change my store without asking?
No. Fullyopt never writes to your store on its own. Every fix is shown as a preview and only applied when you approve it — instantly or on a schedule. Changes are logged and can be reverted.
How do credits work?
Actions like scans, AI visibility checks and content generation use credits. You get 200 free credits when you connect your store (once per domain). After that you can subscribe to a monthly plan or buy a one-time pack. If you connect your own AI keys, AI usage is billed by your provider instead.
Can I use my own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity keys?
Yes. Add your keys in settings and choose which model writes briefs, which writes content and which engines are checked. Your provider bills you directly for that usage.
Does it work alongside Yoast, Rank Math or my current SEO app?
Yes. On WordPress, Fullyopt reads and writes SEO titles and descriptions through Yoast, Rank Math or AIOSEO, so your existing setup stays the source of truth. On Shopify it uses the native SEO fields.
